The first Consultation will usually take one to one and a half hours. During this time I will ask you a number of questions about you, your health, your habits and your lifestyle. This helps me to put together a picture which will enable me to give you a specific remedy to help you as an individual. I usually ask you to fill in a basic form to provide me with details such as your full name, address & telephone number to save time.

It may be beneficial if you are able to inform me of when your health changed, what else was happening in your life around that time and how you were feeling, as this can all have an effect on your health. It would also be useful if you could bring the names of any medications you are taking for me to take note of.

Before I give you your prescription (which is included in your consultation fee), I will discuss this with you and explain how I would like you to take it. If you have anything you are unsure about, please ask me - I am here to answer your questions and will be happy to do so. I am not, however, a walking encyclopedia and some things I may need to do some research on for you. However, I will find an answer for you and get it to you as soon as I can.

The duration before the next consultation will be discussed and agreed upon before you leave. If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment, I would appreciate 24 hours notice of this. Less than this can incur £10 fee.
